ANKLE HOLSTER DETAILS

  • The holster body is meticulously molded to precisely fit the gun it is ordered for. The firearm is offset toward the front, resulting in a nearly flat backside. This design ensures that the firearm securely "clicks" into the holster, rendering any form of retention strap unnecessary.

To maximize durability, this holster features double stitching around the firearm using heavy-duty nylon thread. Additional stitch lines are applied behind the area where the gun rests in the holster. Importantly, all the stitching passes through the holster, strapping, and felt for added strength and resilience. The stitching process employs a Union Lock-stitch machine.

The holster body is crafted from 8oz. vegetable-tanned leather that is made to our exact specifications by the tannery we have partnered with for over 20 years.

    • The ankle band leather is a durable yet subtle leather that won’t wear out or crack, yet has the correct amount of body to support the holster.

    • The felt backing is 1/2” dense wool felt that will stand up to years of wear and tear. It provides ample cushioning and wicks away sweat with ease.

Every holster is painstakingly hand-molded to achieve an exact fit for the specific make and model of the ordered firearm.

The holster's edges are expertly burnished and dressed with hard wax, avoiding any cheap painted-on edge coatings.

In-house hand dyeing gives the holster its unique color, a top coat is then applied and buffed to a brilliant sheen.

The open muzzle end design facilitates easier removal of debris or foreign matter.

  • This model requires the purchaser to take a measurement of their ankle circumference. With your bare foot flat on the floor, measure up from the floor 9” and then measure around that point on your leg. This is not where the holster will ride, but is where we reference for the measurement of the strap. If you do not have a cloth tape measure, use a piece of string and then transfer that length to a tape measure to obtain the required measurement.

A note for new shooters. Ankle holsters are worn in a crossdraw configuration. A right handed shooter normally wears the holster on the inside of their left leg, while a left handed shooter would wear the unit on the inside of their right leg. In both cases the butt of the firearm faces back. Order the CAC based on your shooting hand.
