Horizontal Shoulder Holster-Hybrid

OVERVIEW

The HSH-H was developed for international dignitary security. This shoulder holster features a precision-engineered "hybrid" design. The holster is precisely formed to the weapon, eliminating the need for a thumb break. It utilizes the same 4-point harness as our leather version. The holster body and magazine pouch are crafted from 0.093” thermoplastic. This design seamlessly accommodates a wide range of optics-equipped firearms. This system is NOT available for firearms with weapon mounted lights.

HOLSTER DETAILS

  • • The foundation of this system is its leather 4-point harness. Each of the interconnected components can move independently, allowing the entire system to adapt to your body's movements, ensuring maximum comfort, accommodating various body shapes and sizes.

    • The holster body is constructed of durable 0.093” thermoplastic and precisely molded to the weapon with special attention paid to the mechanical fit of the weapon into the trigger guard.

    • The holster features a unique design that allows it to accommodate a wide range of MRDS optics while maintaining perfect balance, working in tandom with the harness system.

    • The offside double magazine case features independent tension adjustments for each magazine.

    • The muzzle end of the holster is designed to accommodate threaded barrels.

    • The tension screws provide precise adjustment that you can tailor to your liking

  • In recent years, shoulder holsters have seen a decline in popularity. However, individuals who carry firearms daily, particularly for extended periods, need options to accommodate various attire, environments, and requirements. A well designed shoulder holster can prove advantageous in many situations, especially for those who spend prolonged periods sitting in vehicles, offices, or similar settings while needing quick access to their weapon. It's important to note that users should seek out dedicated training and follow specific procedures to address muzzle-related concerns associated with shoulder holsters.

    The HSH-H presents several significant advantages over leather shoulder holsters:

    • It can securely accommodate a pistol with mounted optics while maintaining proper balance of the firearm. Traditional leather holsters designed for MRDS equipped pistols often disrupt balance due to the front connection point between the harness and holster being positioned too close to the weapons muzzle end.

    • Our molding process combined with the thermoplastics properties eliminate the need for a thumb break. While thumb breaks generally do not hinder the draw stroke, they can pose challenges during re-holstering, especially with modern striker-fired pistols that lack a manual thumb safety.

    • Building upon the last point, one-handed re-holstering with the HHSH is remarkably straightforward and requires minimal practice.
